James Saragosa Joins Fiala & Weaver P.L.L.C.

Press Release July 2021 – Fiala & Weaver P.L.L.C. announces that James Saragosa has joined the firm as a patent agent. Prior to joining Fiala & Weaver, Mr. Saragosa worked as a patent engineer for a Fortune 500 semiconductor company. His work covered a variety of intellectual property matters, including drafting patent applications, supporting domestic and international litigation campaigns, and providing infringement, validity, freedom to operate, and other analyses. Mr. Saragosa brings more than 5 years of experience working closely with engineers and attorneys within the semiconductor industry to his work as a patent agent.

Mr. Saragosa attended Arizona State University where he received both his Bachelor and Masters of Science in Engineering and Electrical Systems.
