Julian Chang Joins Fiala & Weaver P.L.L.C.

Press Release September 2022 – Fiala & Weaver P.L.L.C. is pleased to announce that Julian Chang has joined the firm as an associate. Mr. Chang is a registered patent attorney with several years of experience gained while working as an Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He examined patent applications related to computer networking, social networking, machine learning, content distribution, and blockchain. Mr. Chang’s industry experience includes software development in research and development for a multinational corporation.

Mr. Chang attended Cornell University where he received his B.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering and Computer Science, and he received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School.
