Christine Hartness

Ms. Hartness is the Operations Manager and Paralegal at Weaver IP L.L.C. Ms. Hartness was formerly a Patent Paralegal at Fish & Richardson P.C. Prior to joining Fish & Richardson she was a Patent and Trademark Paralegal at CPA Global in Minneapolis for over nine years. Ms. Hartness has experience in patent prosecution and litigation. She now provides support with various firm administrative tasks along with paralegal tasks.

While working as a paralegal, Ms. Hartness worked with clients from small firms to large corporations helping to manage domestic and international patent and trademark work. She supported attorneys by overseeing docket deadlines, drafting required documents and filing those documents with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
