Julian Chang

Mr. Chang is a patent attorney at Weaver IP L.L.C. He drafts and prosecutes patent applications primarily in computer networking and software-based technologies.

Prior to joining Weaver IP L.L.C., Mr. Chang worked as a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. He examined patent applications related to computer networking, social networking, machine learning, content distribution, and blockchain. Mr. Chang’s industry experience includes software development in research and development for a multinational corporation.

Mr. Chang earned his B.S. in computer science, and electrical engineering & computer engineering from Cornell University. Mr. Chang earned his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School.
